In short: a top fair. Yours is still a classic hemp fair rather than a festival, and we really appreciate that.
Over the 3 days we met around 140 growers using or wanting to start using our products. Logistics, on-site goods handling, security and the venue were all faultless.

Areal Böhler
Industrial charm meets cannabis
Since 2025, Cannafair has taken place at Areal Böhler on the border between Düsseldorf and Meerbusch. The historic forge hall and its adjoining halls combine industrial architecture with modern infrastructure, plus a large outdoor area and a separate B2B area.
Visitors and exhibitors alike were thrilled with the new venue. The tram and bus stop is right in front of the entrance gate.

Choose your stand
The floor plan shows all stands in the Schmiedehalle (forge hall), the Kaltstahlhalle (cold steel hall) and the outdoor area. Pick your preferred spot and request it directly from us. The earlier you book, the more choice you have.

The space rental depends on how many sides of your stand are open. If you don't bring your own stand construction, you can book walls as well.

Set-up: All stands must be fully built and furnished by 19 August, 22:00. Set-up on Friday is not possible.
Dismantling: All goods and pallets must be cleared by 23 August, 15:00. After that, we cannot guarantee that anything left behind will be undamaged or found.

The two exhibition halls are the Schmiedehalle (forge hall) and the Kaltstahlhalle (cold steel hall).
Please do not send goods in advance. Neither to our business address nor to Areal Böhler: we cannot accept them there and accept no liability for lost shipments.
Deliveries during set-up
On 18 and 19 August you can deliver by car or freight forwarder. During set-up and dismantling, a team is on hand free of charge to load and unload all lorries and bring everything to and from your stand. Forklifts are available on site.
Delivering earlier
If you really need to deliver before 18 August, you can do so via an external service provider who accepts and stores the goods for a fee. Just send us a short email.
Exhibitor badges
Based on stand size, no registration needed
You will receive your badges when you first check in at the fair office.

Additional badges cost €60 each and can be ordered by informal email or on site at the fair office. All badges also give access to the business lounge with free drinks.
Power
A triple socket is always included
Whether you booked the 2.3 or 7 kWh power flat rate: there is always a triple socket at your stand. You can order additional triple sockets from the rental furniture catalogue.
For additional or different power connections, please contact us by 1 August at the latest.
Rental furniture, carpets, wall prints
Everything from one catalogue
In the rental furniture catalogue you order furniture, carpets and wall prints, and you can fill it in directly online. Particularly good value: having rented stand walls, counters and bars printed with your design. This option is right at the beginning of the catalogue.
For viewing only: the 2027 catalogue is expected to be ready in February 2027. Until then you can browse the range and prices in the 2026 catalogue, but please do not order through it yet.

Of course you are welcome to bring your own furniture and carpets. You can also exhibit without any carpet at all.
Logo & company description
Your entry in the exhibitor list and expo guide
Send us a text of about 800 characters about your company or product, plus your logo. We use it for your entry in the online exhibitor list and a shorter version for the expo guide, which is handed out free of charge to all visitors.
Please send it by 1 July at the latest to info@cannafair.nrw. If you exhibited last year and want to keep your text and logo, you don't need to do anything.
